Ice Season 11 Is Under Way, Finally. It Will Last 2 Weeks (Actually, The Clock Has Been Cut Short By 6 Hours). It Will Work As Normal, Ice 1500 Mafiosos And Collect Rewards. The Beuaty Is, If You Work For The Ice Season Rewards You Also Work Toward Your Family Progression At The Same Time. Kill Two With 150 Ices Per Day.

Rumors of the meeting of the Dons in Italy are flying like swallows in spring time. One Capo discovered a planned attack on the Dons Meeting and wound up dead. It's now up to you to prevent the attack, even if it means breaking into the Dons Meeting yourself. Complete Mission Event: Family Gatherings by 4:00 PM (Pacific Time) on 11/29 to earn the Chomp Rocket (92/159)!

Family Gatherings Is A 2 Week Mission. 

Part 1 - Dropping In

Hope You Haven't Activated Crew In Chicago Yet Today. The First Part Of The Mission Requires You To Do Just That. Activate 5 Chicago Crew that Is.

Travel To Italy Seems Harmless Since Many Of Us Only Go There To Build A Single Item That Has Skills Attached To It. Maybe Post Our Stadium While We're There And Bank Our Cash. The We High Tail It Back To Brazil Or Chicago. 

Clearing 4 Robbing Boards Is Easy. Use 4 Rob Squads And You're Done. 

Get Support From 5 Of Your Mafia. Let's Hope This Works With The New Request Page Since The Mission Links From Spockholm Aren't Working For Many Of Us. 

Part 2 - How Are Thing's?

Rob In Italy To Collect 6 Severed Pinkies. If You Are Not Finished With Italy They Might Help. Keywords, Finished And Might. 

You Also Need To Collect 6 Rail Tickets While Robbing In Italy. (Makes Me Wonder If Italy Will Be Closing. I Hope Not)

Collect 6 Sets Of Hidden Charges While Fighting In Italy. 

Collect 6 Smart Phones From Doing Jobs In Italy. I Hope The Drop Rate Is Realistic.

 Part 3 - You Don't Say

Get Support From 10 Of Your Mafia Members. Sorry Guys, Zynga Made Me Do It.

Collect From Your Villa 4 Times. We Love These Tasks That Drag These Missions Out And You Almost Forget To Do Something You May Have Quit Doing When You Completed A City Months Ago. 

You Also Get To Buy An Item From Your Port 3 Times. Ok, If You Are On Top Of Your Game You Are Likely Buying An Item Every 23 Hours Anyway. 

Part 4 - I Don't Believe It

You'd Better Believe It; That Is That You Need To Declare 5 Wars. In Other Words, 2 More Days Of Waiting On Clocks To Reset Or The Quicker Way Of Maxing Out Your Credit Card And Buying Your Way Through With The Use Of RP. 

Ahh, Back To A Forgotten Part Of the Game Except During These Missions. I Am Talking About Robbing.  Yes, You Can Still Rob In Mafia Wars And This Part Of the Mission Asks You To Rob In Italy. Of Course It Is A Little Mis-Leading Since Only Robbing Wins Count. 

Part 5 - Get Outta Here

In The Roma Region Of Italy You Need To Do The Job "Discover The Conspiracy 30 Times. 

The Job Costs 40 Energy To Do On The Ruby Level. Therefore, The Maximum Energy Needed To Complete This Part Of the Mission Is 1200. The Downside Is A 1.65 Ratio Of XP Per Energy Used Per Job Click. 

Yes, Yay, We Get To Bother Our Friends For More Stuff. Now We Get To Beg For Confidential Records From Them. 

Part 6 - You Should Have Known Better

Get Your Fight On And Take Out 20 Assasins. 

Stay On The Fight Page And Ice 30 Opponents In Italy.If You Don't Get Them Stolen. 

And Wait Out Another Absurd Length Of Time To Collect From Your Football Stadium 3 Times.That Is, Collect From Your Football Stadium Once Every 18 Hours. Or, If You Are On Top Of It, Collect From Your Stadium 3 Times Within 54 Hours Minimum. That's Just Over 2 Days. 

Part 7 - Well That Seems Rude

Win 25 Fights In Italy. If You Get An Ice Or 2 The Ice Will Also Count Towards The Ice Season 11 Event. 

Now Travel To The Venezia Region 3 In Italy And Locate The Job "Deal With The Don's Guards". 

Make Sure You Switch To The Fight Path Or You May Find Yourself Doing The Wrong Job In The Energy Path Which Has A Similar Title.

The Job Above "Deal With The Don's Guards" Requires 72 Stamina And 25 Clicks If You Have The District On Ruby Level. That Equates To 1800 Stamina.

Part 8 - That Was Nice Of You

Win 3 Wars. This Usually Means To Either Win A War You Declared Or To Be The Last Player That Helps In One Of Your Friends Wars. The Death Blow Or Winning Click In A War You Helped In. 

More Fighting. Win Another 100 Fights In Italy. Hopefully You Are Fighting Anyway, For The Ices And Loot Drops. Also, I Need Players On The Fight List So Get To It.

Take Out 5 Assassins. No, Not On A Date, On The Fight Page. You Will Likely Beat The Assassins Before You Win Your 100 Fights In Italy. I Usually Rid My Fight Pages Of These Non-Playing Characters (NPC's) Anyway. At 10 Stamina Per Attack It Will Cost A Whopping 50 Stamina In Total. Hope Your Character Is Strong Enough. 

Part 9 - How Was The Food

Locate The Job "Gain Access To Private Villa" In The Eternal City Region 8 In Italy And Click It 40 Times.

At A Cost Of 243 Energy Per Click It Will Use 9,720 Total Energy To Click. These Numbers Are If You Have Region 8 On Ruby Level. 

Now Figure Out How To Acquire 10 Animals. Do Not Use RP To Buy Useless Items That Will Be Defunct In A Month Or So. The Best Place Is The City Store Where You Can Use City Cash. 

For A Mere 400,500 Lira You Can Have 10 Scimmias Within Seconds. Other City Stores Will Work. There Is Also The Fight Club Where You Can Buy Some Animals Using Victory Coins. 

And To Complete This Timed Mission You Just Need To Wait Out Another Clock And Collect Your Winery 4 Times. With A 6 Hour Timer To Collect The Winery It Will Take A Minimum Of 1 Day To Collect It All 4 Times. 

Just Remember, You Need To Log Out Of Mafia Wars For 4 Hours Every Day Or You May Receive A Ridiculously Stupid Warning Message Threatening To Penalize You For Playing The Game Continuously Even If It IS What Zynga Is Making You Do With These F'ed Up Missions And Timers And RequirementsThat Kind Of Dictate To You That That Is Exactly What You Need To Do To Complete These Events Unless You Buy Your Way Through Them.  

  

Awaiting Ice Season 11 - New Mission Released

Ice Seasons 1-10 Usually Began On Tuesday Afternoon Around 2PM Eastern Standard Time. There Were A Couple Of Exceptions When Zynga Hiccupped And They Began A Little Late. Today Many Of Us Were Expecting The Ice Season To Begin At Their Suspected Time Since Zynga Announced (Click Here To Read The Announcement) A New Ice Season Was Coming This Week. But Zynga Has Thrown Us A Curveball By Releasing The Family Gatherings Mission Instead. The Missions Usually Begin On Thursdays.
