On THURSDAY, AUGUST 22, 2013 we warned you that the Lucky Streak Is Coming Back Soon. Today the Lucky Streak has returned.

There are 8 loots that you have a chance of winning that will NOT count toward the mastery of this event. These loots include a Blindfolded, Romagnola, Odor Tester, Snow-Stormer, Giant Garter Snake, Feather Touch, Saffron Toucanet, and a Dentist.

There is a higher probability that you will win one of the loots above as opposed to loots of higher quality item types.

Only the items that are labelled with numbers (1, 2, 3 … , 11, 12) are required to achieve the various Mastery levels. You must collect the loots in small groups that are numbered 1-4, 5-7, 8-10, and 11-12. Each mastery group must be acquired in order before you can earn the higher level reward. Bronze Mastery: Win items labelled 1, 2, 3 & 4.

 

Silver Mastery: Complete Bronze Mastery and also win items labelled 5, 6 & 7.

 

Gold Mastery: Complete Silver Mastery and also win items labelled 8, 9 & 10.

 

Ruby Mastery: Complete Gold Mastery and also win items labelled 11 & 12.

Within our Lucky Streak Is Coming Back Soon post we mentioned that there was 1 extra loot that was added to the inventory that could have been for the Lucky Streak Event. That Extra Loot is the Cooped In.

ULTIMATE

The Cooped In’s Stats are comparable to the Don’s Best, the Alien Pretext, Loot’s stats. We do not know, at this time, what feature will reward the Cooped In. As soon as we know we’ll let you know. So check back with us often.

MW Caption Contest I, II & III Winners!

Zynga announced on July 22, 2013, the first of 3 MW Caption Contests and closed on July 24, 2013

The 2nd was announced on July 31, 2013, and closed on August 2, 2013.

The 3rd was announced on August 5, 2013, and closed on August 7, 2013

Each contest is supposed to reward 3 players with RP:

PRIZES:
- The first prize for each of the 3 Caption Contests will be 150RPs
- Second prize for each Caption Contest is 100 RPs
- Third prize is 50RPs for each Caption Contest

Within our post that we called The Road To South Africa we highlighted our top 5 favorites from each of the 3 MW Caption Contests (also shown below the Winners list for each Contest below). We must have jinxed the ones we liked because not a single one that we highlighted won. We apologize to you.

On August 15, 2013 we posted MW Caption Contest Winners Not Known. Within that post we stated the following;

By announcing the winners of all 3 prize tiers and for all 3 contests players could see if they, or someone they know, had won the contest. It could draw more participation in future contests if people could see who had won.

Our hope, with those words, was to see players who were/are in mid-tier families win these rewards. I am not convinced that happened.
