Zynga Supports Hurricane Irene Recovery

Working together to help people in need

Direct Relief USA and Zynga are working together to provide medical aid to clinics and shelters throughout the Eastern Seaboard to help people in vulnerable conditions who have been affected by Hurricane Irene. The storm packed quite a punch, affecting millions of people from North Carolina to Vermont.

Before Irene made landfall, Direct Relief's Hurricane Prep Packs stood at the ready in four states in the hurricane's path. One partner clinic in North Carolina used its Hurricane Pack to help people affected by the storm. Read updates here
Check out this interactive map of the hurricane's path and our partner locations.
Direct Relief's emergency response team has been in frequent contact with our more than 250 partners along the Eastern Seaboard to offer assistance.
Direct Relief is able to respond fast and effectively when emergencies strike because we have strong relationships with more than 1,100 partners across the U.S. and in 70 more countries around the world.

Emergencies happen every day - and Direct Relief is there to help.

Why support Direct Relief?

We're really efficient with your money, and designate it where you want it to go. You can check us out on Charity Navigator, which gives Direct Relief a four-star ranking.

Zynga Pushes One More Time For The Sale Of RP's. This Time Zynga Upped The Anty. Zynga Is Offering You 15 Free Skill Points If You Purchase 1000 RP's. Or Rather, Once You've Spent 1000 RP's You Get 15 Free Skill Points.

Yes, That's What We All Wanted Was More Separation Between Us Who Can't Afford To Pay And Those Who Can. Why Doesn't Zynga Just Make This A Pay To Play Game?

This Is Just Another Feature That If I Get The 15 Skill Points Then Great. But I Certainly Am Not Gonna Run Right Out To Best Buy To Purchase Any Game Cards For It.

Zynga, I Plead With You, Stop Doing Things That Drive Players Away And Start Considering ALL YOUR PLAYERS!
