I Just Thought I’d Run Through The Inventory Today And See What New Things I Could Find. I Found A Whole Bunch Of Interesting Things. It Has Been A While Since We Had An Ice Season. We Left Off At Ice Season 18.

There Are Rumors That Zynga Is Having Troubles With The Fighting Module. I Do Not Know If This Is True Or Not.

It More Likely Has To Do With The Inability Of Players Struggling To Get Ices Daily. This Can Be More Directly Attributed To The High Health Of Many Players.

Many Players Believe That Health Is The ‘New’ Defense So They Are Purchasing The Warthog In The New York Private Zoo And Items From Other Properties That Add To A Players Health Skills.

Many Are Also Utilizing The Skill Point Reallocations, When Available, To Add Up To 60 Skills To Their Health Skill Set A Day.

As These Players Health Skills Grow They Eventually Amass So Much Health That When They Collect Their Chicago Distillery Property They Have A Health Score That Makes Them Virtually Impossible To Ice. If You Can Beat These Players While Fighting Them You Have 2 Choices.

1. Continue Fighting Them For The Fight Wins And Loot Drops
2. Stop Fighting Them And Try To Find Another Target

For Me, Personally, There Have Been Times That I Have Ran Through Over 6,000 Stamina And Have Only Acquired 2 Or 3 Ices. This Is Ridiculous. How Strong Do I Need To Be To Have Ices Be Achievable Within A Reasonable Number Of Attempts Of Fighting? Why Would/Should I Even Want To Try Fighting With These Kinds Of Impossibilities?

Yes, It Is True That Since Zynga Has Allowed These Things To Happen Within The Game That You Can Not Blame The Players That Have The Ability To Load Up On Their Health Scores. But, We Can Blame Them For Not Thinking About The Consequences Before They Decided To Abuse That Ability.

This Has All Had A Detrimentally Negative Affect On The Game And The Player Base. Many Players Have Quit Playing Because Of This Reason Alone. Basically, They Feel That If The Game Has Become Impossible To Play And/Or Impossible To Achieve What We Need To Achieve Then Why Continue Struggling Through The Game And Making No Headway.

If Ice Seasons Do Return To Mafia Wars Zynga Would Do Us All A Justice By Decreasing The Ice Count Requirements From 1000 A Week To 600 Or From 1500 In 2 Weeks To 1000. They Could Also Stretch The Ice Season Out To 4 Weeks And Make The Ice Count Requirement 2000 And See How That Works Out.

Players Need Reasons To Fight And The Ability To Get Their Ices For The Ice Seasons In Addition To Family Progressions (Where Many Families Are Stuck And Not Progressing At All).
