On The Official Mafia Wars Blog An Announcement Has Been Made About Avatars Coming To Mafia Wars And Could Be Integrated With The Fight System. Here’s What Zynga Has To Say;

The Mafia Wars team loves to delight our badass community with innovative features that will help improve the game and make the experience more fascinating.
One such feature we have planned is the Avatar. Avatar will be your visual representation in the game. You will be able to dress up in different costumes. These items/costume parts can also have some stats. Avatars could be integrated with our fight system so that it affects the fight outcome for you. You could see your and other players’ Avatar on profile pages and during fights.
Help us make better this feature better by completing this very quick survey to let us know what you think of this one.

I Guess These Avatars Might Replace Our Facebook Profile Images On The Fight Pages. The Items To Dress And Equip The Avatars Could Have Skill Points Attached To Them And I’m Guessing That The Might Be Interchangeable (Or Swapped Out For Better Items). An Example Could Be A Bowler Hat That Has 3 Defense Skills (Or Maybe 180 Mafia Defense Strength) Could Be Switched To A Sombrero That Has 5 Defense Skills (Or Maybe 200 Mafia Defense Strength). I Can Presume That New Items Would Be Released In The Future For A Fee And The Items Would Increase In Stats.

It Sounds Like A New Way For Mafia Wars To Make A Dime To Me. Just Another Feature That Will Likely Do Little For You Unless You Pay.

Help With Mafia Wars Limited Time Property Requests

Since Loot Items In The Limited Build Properties Come With Attack/Defense Of 130 + And Additional Skill Points Of +5 It Is Important To Many Players To Get Their Properties To Level 15. The Problem Is That Many Players Have Trouble Acquiring Enough Parts To Get Their Limited Time Properties To Level 15. There Is Now A Facebook Group To Help Players Get Enough Parts That Are Required For A Level 15 Property. This Group Is Called Mafia Wars: Part Request.

This Is A Closed Group That You Must Ask To Join. Here Is Their Mission Statement;

This is a private group for "Daily Players" who needs help with 'Part Request' and hardly get help from their own Mafia Members. Were tired of begging and asking people to click our parts on our wall. So we will click each others parts and help each other. If you agree to all rules then you should complete your builds and reach Level 15, with our help, in just a couple of days. If you do not adhere to these rules please remove yourself and go back to begging and hope that your mafia click your request.

They Have A Few Rules They Ask Of Those Who Wish To Join Them. These Rules Include;

1. You Must Be A Daily Player
2. You Must Become Facebook Friends With Those In The Group. (You Can’t Send Property Parts Nor Receive Them If You Are Not Their Facebook Friend)
3. Be Active In Participating
4. Post Your Part Requests In The Proper Threads Comments Section. (Too Many Posts On The Wall Can Be Messy And make It Difficult To Follow)
5. Post Short Links Only For Your Parts Requests (Long URL’s Look Bad And Take Up Too Much Room).
6. Post What You Sent To Whom (So Players Know Who Helped Who)

If You Use The Spockholm Mission Crew Link Script You Can Easily Make Short Links To Post In The Groups Page.

Simply Generate Your Links And Copy And Paste Those Links In The Groups Proper location And You Are Set. Be Sure To Help Others Often Too So We Can All Help Each Other Build Our Properties To It’s Maximum Capacity.
