it's been out for 3 days now and I am one of the FEW that STILL has not even been given the opportunity to purchase it. I might have purchased it if I was offered it when it first came out but now that I am already seeing MAJOR changes just on the fight list alone (I attacked a level 658 and they had a mafia defense strength of 318,000 already, although I won because of my skill that is a tremendous disadvantage to me not even being offered the VIP Program) .... I have been to support about this 5 times already only to be told that I need to be patient and wait that it will be released to everyone shortly... WTH is shortly? 3 days and it's still not showing for me makes me wonder if slowly means that MAYBE just MAYBE if I wait LONG enough it will be released to me in approx 6 months time when I at level 2035 start to lose both ways to people level 450 - 600 because they have been offered this. I am seriously contemplating quiting but I am giving it a day or two more to see what happens, the first I actually LOSE to anyone under level 1000 or get beat by one I will start to remove people from my fb friends list and also block mw and just let my account rot away.
