Then They Wait For Zynga To Have A Sale In The Marketplace As Follows;

This Allows Them To Reallocate Up To 60 Skill Points From Health And Place It Into Attack, Defense, Energy, Or Stamina. Since Your Skill Point Attack And Defense Holds A Higher Ratio Over Your Mafia's Attack And Defense Strength's When Fighting It Is Likely That These Heavy Hitters Are Reallocating Their Health Skill Points Into Their Personal Attack And Defense. In Essence, They Are Purchasing Skill Points At A Reduced Rate Thus Allowing Themselves To Build Stronger Faster And They Truly Aren't Reallocating Anything.

Just a little tid-bit for those of you who are up and coming. The average Mafia Strength for a level 1000 player is currently 40,800 for attack and 38,760 for defense. This means that for each item category (weapon, armor, vehicle, animal) you need at least this strength number for your attack and defense. In order to maximize this number you need 501 members in your Mafia, including yourself.
