It's Nice When Things Change On You In The Middle Of Doing Them. Cities Closing, Missions Ending Early, And Now The family Boss Fight.
Some Families Have Beaten Jeff The Knife More Than 200 Times. My Family Has Beaten Jeff About 7 Times. I Don't Believe Any Players In My Family Received The Top Reward In Jeff The Knife.
Here's A Look At The Rewards For The New Boss Fight (Including A New Top Item That We Won't Get);
These Things Are Extremely Discouraging When You Don't Feel Like You Even Have A Chance. I Guess We'll Just plug Away As Usual And Maybe, Just Maybe, We'll Get Lucky For Once. And Meanwhile, We'll Continue To Watch The 'Elite' Players Accomplish It At Will. What A Way For Zynga To Save the Game.

Zynga Rolls Back Player RP From Nerf
Zynga Has Begun To Rollback The Gold Treasure Chest Glitch Acquisitions From The "Lead Into Gold" Nerf Launch.
Some Players Reportedly Were Racking Up Hundreds Of Gold Treasure Chests And Gold Treasure Chest Keys. When Some Of These Players Opened These Chests They Were Being Rewarded Hundreds And Possibly Thousands Of RP's.
It's Not That Players Were Cheating, It's That They Were Taking Advantage Of The Glitch While Many Others Weren't To Part 3 Of the Mission Where The Glitch Could Be Utilized. Zynga Is Solely To Blame. Although, The Players That Took Advantage Of The Glitch Should Willingly Accept The Roll Back.
With That Said, Don't Think This Is Over. Some Players May Have Found A Way Around The Roll Back. One Way This Could Be Accomplished Is Described Below;

It Is At This Point When You Could Argue That Players Are Cheating. If Players Are Trying To Hide Their Treasure Chest Of RP's Then They Are Doing More Harm To The Game Than Their Greedy, Selfish Little Blind Eyes Will Allow Them To See.

It Has Already Happened. That Is, Zynga Has Already NERFED The "Lead Into Gold" Mission. A Mishap Quite Possibly Took Place Shortly After The Mission Unlocked About 9 Hours Ago.
As The High Level "Elite" Players Made It To Part 3 Of The Mission They Unwittingly Found Themselves Acquiring Something That The Overall Majority Of Players Will Likely Never See.
As Mafia Wars Loot Lady Explains During Her Lead To Gold Walk Through, As Quoted Below;
If you caught this part early enough you found that Treasure Chest Keys dropped when doing fights. I was working on the El Dorado post and caught it in the last 5 minutes. If you go to my fan page you will see that many were able to get thousands of Treasure Chest Keys and earned tons of Reward Points. Zynga fixed this pretty quickly and I have no updates on if there will be rollbacks or not. The three things in life you can be certain of is death, taxes and Zynga rolling back anything that has to do with Reward Points.
All I Have To Say Is ZYNGA BETTER ROLL THEM BACK And The Purchases Made With These Unfairly Awarded Treasure Chest Keys And Reward Points. Or Give The Rest Of Us The Same (unlikely)! This Is Just Another Bunch Of BULL**** That Will Lead Further Into A Dropping DAU For Mafia Wars. I Guess It Is The American Way To Reward Those Who Don't Need The Assistance And Screw Everyone Else!
Lead To Gold Mission Walk Through
Lead Into Gold Mission Is Open. There Are 7 Parts To This mission. You Have A little Over 9 Days To Complete. The Mission Unlocks When You Are Nearly Complete With The Bronze Level Of El Dorado Secret District. At Least That's When I Got It.
PART 1 Myth Busting
Part 1 Requires You To Activate 4 Crew Members In Brazil. This Should Be Nearly Routine By Now. You Also Need To Acquire 8 Armors. These Can Be Obtained From Fighting, Robbing, The Fight Club Or The Brazil City Store. The Reward Is 4 Jungle Maps, Experience, And Brazil Cash.
PART 2 Underbrush
Part 2 Requires You To Buy 2 Horny Toad ATV's. These Can Be Purchased In The Brazil Property The Black Market.
You Also Need To Fight 40 Opponents In Brazil. The Job "Make A Path To The Temple" Needs To Be Done 10 Times.
Your Reward For This Part Of The Mission Is Experience And Brazil Cash.
PART 3 Belongs In A Museum
Green Augmenters Are Needed In This Part Of The Mission. They Will Help The Required Loot To Drop More Often. Gather A Few Of These Before You Go Fighting And Robbing For The Loot.
Your Reward For This Part Of The Mission Is A Might Girdle.
PART 4 Skeleton Key
Part 4 Requires You To Ask For 6 Shrapshields From Your Mafia. You Also Need To Loot 18 Fire Bombs From Robbing.
4 Jungle Maps And Experience Is Your Reward For This part Of The Mission.
PART 5 The Zipa's Tomb
Part 5 Asks You To Win 15 Fights. Declare War 2 Times. And To Loot 20 Golden Tigers From Fights in Brazil.
2 Amazon Pit Vipers Are Your Reward For Part 5.
PART 6 Burning Bridges
Part 6 Asks You To Ice 10 Opponents In Brazil. You Also Need To Collect From Your Barracks 2 Times. The Job "Ambush An Unwitting Expedition" Needs To Be Done 15 Times.
Your Reward For Part 6 Is 1 Path Of Destruction.
PART 7 Breaking Camp
Part 7 Asks You To Trade 6 Gold Treasure Chest Keys For 6 Street Parties. Basically You're Asking For A Friend To Send You Gold Treasure Chest Keys And They Get A Dtreet Party When They Do So.
You're Back To Fighting Once Again. You Need To Take Out 15 Amateur Tomb Raiders. And They Aint No Indiana Jones'.
The Last Requirement For The Mission Is For You To Do The Job "Smuggle A Relic Overseas".
It Would Be A Good Idea To Try To Get This Job Done In This Part Of The Mission Completed Before You Get To Ruby Level Due To The Increase In Energy Requirements For The Jobs Required To Do During The Mission.
For Completing The mission You Will Be Rewarded A Zipa.
To Be Honest, I'm Not Certain I Will Be Able To Complete Both The Secret District And The Mission. This Almost Appears To Be One For The Money Spenders (As Usual, And We Wonder Why The DAU Keeps Dropping?)
El Dorado Open
Now That We Are Past All The Zynga Nerf's, Maybe, El Dorado Is Open. So, Go Find the Gold.
The Following Pic Shows You What To Expect In El Dorado. On The Bronze Level The Job Energy Costs Aren't Too Bad. The Highest Requires 144 Energy.There Are 3 Jobs That Require The Consumable "Jungle Map". The Jungle Maps Do Drop In The Job "Steal A Historic Explorer's Notes". If You Have A Family That Slacks A Little On Gifting You Might Want To Farm Some Jungle Maps Here Before You Complete The Bronze Level Of El Dorado.
You Can Now Recieve And Send The Jungle Maps From Your Gift Page. I Checked my Inventory And So Far I Got to Keep The One's I Received Early From The Links. So, The Elite Player's With Family's That Were On Top Of The Early Jungle Maps Will Likely Get This Finished Quickly As Usual.
Once You Complete The Bronze Level You Are Rewarded With A Gold Dust Armor.
