The Olympic Stadium Will Generate London Cash (Pounds) Every 8 Hours. The Amount Of London Cash That It Generates Will Increase By 10 With Each Upgrade. It Appears That It Will Generate 100 Pounds (London Cash) When The Property Is Fully Upgraded.

 

This Will Not Help Much With The Count Your Pennies Achievement.
