The Venetion Condo (Which Looks Like It Belongs In Florida And Not New York) Has Been Added To Your Properties. It Is Buildable Like Hawk-Eyes Sports Bar. It Has New Loot And New Items To Spam Your Friends For.  

The Buildable Loot Isn't Any Better Or Worse Than What You Can Build In Hawk-Eyes Sports Bar. The Only Real Difference Is The 3 Attached Defense That Comes With The Build Of The Top Item Instead Of 3 Attack. This Means You Can Add # Attack And 3 Defense By Building The Top Items In These Two Shops.  

You Have To Level Up Your Venetian Condo Before You Can Build Anything, Though. The Items Needed For This Shop Are Treated Lumber, Galvanized Steel, And Reciprocating Saw.  

Once You've Collected Enough Of The Spam For Items You Can Upgrade Your Condo.
