Double Agent has been out for a day or so now. It is an event where you need to purchase X number of items to be rewarded an item. In other words, it is not an event for everyone. It’s another event that separates those who pay from those who don’t.
On all the blogs that make posts about these events they are essentially posting plugs that promote these events, free of charge, for Zynga. It’s a good thing for Zynga that Mafia Spirit makes the best posts…toots own horn.
These types of events do help the money players in more ways than one. There is usually an 50% discount on the purchase of RP’s. The money spending players love these events for that fact alone. That’s regardless as to whether or not they purchase any of the Limited Edition Items or not.

Most players will never buy any of those loot items.
They do buy there way through these events by purchasing crates when they are on sale for 6 RP. 
Many players were fortunate enough to get the Stuffed Crates at 6 RP.
The Stuffed Crates (which now cost 10 RP while on sale) allowed those to load up on FPS Crate Loots since you do get 1 of these loot items when you purchase the stuffed Crates;
You do need to make 5, 10, 15, and 25 purchases to earn a free reward.
5 purchases earn you a Bronze level Spy Tablet;
10 purchases earn you a Silver level Spy Tablet;
15 purchases earn you a Gold level Spy Tablet;
25 purchases earn you a Ruby level Spy Tablet;
