The consumable item that you will need to collect is called ‘Contract’;

The three items you will need to collect to acquire free skill points are a Brazilian Hearse, Constitutional Rifle, and Mausoleum Gate. 

A Spade Sword will drop while doing jobs.

 

The rewards for defeating Miss Mausoleum and completing the job levels will be a Gravediggers Spade and a Procession Soldier.
