Live chat only appears on the support page when an agent is available. If you are a paying customer, you should never have to wait too long for it to appear.

I'm sorry, I find that poor judgement from a business perspective. All who play your game are your customers and potentially paying customers. Segregating a current non-paying customer from the paying customer and treating them like a second class citizen IS detrimental to any business. Therefore, all who enjoy your service are potential revenue generators and SHOULD NOT be disregarded any less than those who pay.
