We know how important it is for many of you to stay in contact with the Mafia Wars Support Team. Sometimes you may miss an email because it went to your spam folder and you simply deleted it. Here are Zynga’s tips on how to prevent the Customer Support emails from going to your spam folders.

Here are some quick and easy directions to prevent an email from Zynga Customer Support from ending up in your spam/junk folder instead of your inbox.
** Although all email applications are slightly different, most of them have similar procedures to let you prevent an email from going into the spam/junk folder.
Yahoo.com

1. Log in to your Yahoo account.
2. Click Contacts, at the top of the page.
3. Click Add Contact.
4. Enter the following in the Email Address field: support@zynga.com.
5. Enter a Nickname to use as a shortcut in addressing emails, i.e., Zynga Support.
6. Click Save.

 

Hotmail.com

1. Log in to your Hotmail account.
2. Click People, at the top of the page.
3. Click New.
4. Enter the following in the Email Address field: support@zynga.com.
5. Enter a Nickname to use as a shortcut in addressing emails, i.e., Zynga Support.
6. Click Save.

 

How to un-spam an email that is already in your Spam or Junk folder:

1. Check your Spam folder for an email from Zynga Customer Support.
2. Open the email.
3. Click the Not Spam button at the top of the message. This will move the email to your inbox.
4. Return to your inbox and open the email again.
5. Click the Add to Contacts button (usually a "+" icon) which is located next to theFrom: (Sender's ID).
6. Enter a Nickname to use as a shortcut in addressing emails, i.e., Zynga Support
7. Click Add to Address Book.

**(The button may be named "Not Junk", depending on your email application.)
