Many players knew the Athletes Mystery Bags were on the dockets. The wait was over (temporarily). For a short time you could send, receive, and open the Athletes Mystery Bags.
Most players were looking for RP’s, skill points, energy/stamina boosts and an item called First Step when they opened their Athletes Mystery Bags.
As I opened my Athletes Mystery Bags I got a surprise gift. Check this out;
Yes, I got an Athletes Mystery Bag from opening an Athletes Mystery Bag.
Many players added the Athletes Mystery Bags to their Wishlists before the event was even released.
 | I can only assume that these players were hoping to have the ability to open a ton of the Athletes Mystery Bags. What they ended up with is a bucnh of Athletes Mystery bags that are sitting in their virtual locker rooms cluttering up virtual space. On the bright side they are giftable (for now). |
I did manage to get at least one of the First Steps before the Athlete Mystery Bags event was closed.
| Much like John Schappert, this event didn’t stick around very long. The banners for the event even went through some changes before it was released. Personally, I would have stuck with ‘Athlete Mystery Bag’ as opposed to the plural version. |  |
