The following chart displays how much white cement is needed to upgrade your Observatory through each of the 15 levels;
Like all the Limited Time Properties, once you’ve built the Observatory and upgraded it from level to level you will also have unlocked either a new loot item or an upgraded version of a loot item that you have unlocked. The loot items that are housed in the Observatory include a Space Scientist, a Sputnik, an Astrophysicist, and a Laser Telescope. The stats for each loot item, according to upgrade level of the Observatory, are as follows;
As you upgrade from level to level of the Observatory you will see a popup that indicates the level that you have upgraded to and the name of the loot that will now be able to build.
If you upgrade the Observatory to level 15 you will be able to build 1 Observatory loot item once every 18 hours.
If you haven’t noticed within the images, once you’ve upgraded the Observatory to level 4 the loots come with a set of skill points that will be added to your personal skill points.
