Zynga Second Quarter Conference Call
Zynga will hold a conference call to discuss financial results for its second quarter on Thursday, July 25, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time), following the release of its financial results after the close of market. The live webcast of Zynga’s earnings conference call can be accessed at investor.zynga.com. Following the call, a replay of the webcast will be available through the website.
Basically, On July 25thh investors and gamers and those whom are interested will get to see the starting point for Dan Mattrick, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Zynga, effective July 8, 2013.
Don’s Starting Salary will be one million dollars ($1,000,000) per year, less deductions and withholdings and payable on the Company’s regular payroll schedule. It will be subject to annual reviews for possible increases (but not decreases) by the Compensation Committee of the Board (the “ Committee ”).
Don’s Annual Bonus . For FY 2013, will receive a guaranteed annual bonus equal to the greater of (a) two hundred percent (200%) times his annual base salary (pro-rated for the number of days you are employed by the Company in FY 2013) and (b) the average annual bonus earned percentage for the other executive officers of the Company for FY 2013, times your annual base salary (pro-rated for the number of days he was employed by the Company in FY 2013).
For FY 2014, he will be eligible for an annual bonus, with a target amount equal to two hundred percent (200%) of his annual base salary, and a maximum amount of four hundred percent (400%) of his annual base salary.
Don’s Signing Bonus: $5 million.
WOW! With numbers like those I wouldn’t expect the Q2 Conference Call to look very pretty. It implies that Zynga is in trouble to feel the need to have to bring in a Name-Dropper Who Flies A Private Jet To Work And 'Lives Like A Saudi Prince (from Business Insider).
We will find out on Thursday just how bad Zynga’s Q2 was.
