The Loot Items For This Property Were Added To Our Inventory On September 26th. Now That The Short Links Have Been Zynga'd Many May Find It Difficult To Get This Building Built. Larger, Well Organized Families May Already Have This Property Built. I Have Seen Some From The {ASS} Family Who Already Have Every Item In Their Inventory. So, It Is Catch Up Time For The Rest Of Us. It Is No Wonder Why The DAU Would Be More Appropriate If It Stood For DOA Since The Vast Majority Of Us Are Nothing More Than Punching Bags For The Strong Players. 

Anyways; As A Refresher, The Loot Items We'll Be Able To Build Include The Followin;

How Can The Newer Players And Lower Level Players Compete?

They Can't! And The Less Lower Level Players There Are The More Mid To Strong Players Will Likely Quit Also. 

Zynga Is Defeating Itself In Mafia Wars With Overlapping Events That Too Many Players Can Not Complete, Too Much Emphasis On Fighting, Closed Cities That Newer Players Could Have Used To Build Themselves Up In, Rewards (Boss Fights) That The Drop Rates Make It Impossible To Get, And All The Changes That Have Messed Up The Opportunities That Many Of Us Used To Have A Chance At All (Gift Links Not Working). 

I Hate To Say It But If You Are New To Mafia Wars You'd Do Just As Good To Quit Now. Unless You're Alright Being A Punching Bag For The Elite.
