Assassin's Academy 24 Hour Extension

Mobsters,

We are aware that the progress of many Mafia Wars players was recently impacted by a game feed issue that was beyond our control. During the outage, any Assassin's Academy upgrade part requests you may have sent were not visible and/or functioning correctly. As a courtesy, we have extended the Assassin's Academy by 24 hours to give everyone a proper chance to fully upgrade the property via feed requests. You now have until 5:00 PM (Pacific Time) on Tuesday 1/24 to upgrade the property with the help of your Mafia sending you upgrade parts. If You Haven’t Heard There Was A Major Nerf On Facebook On Monday, January 16, 2012 That Left All Game Posts Missing From Newsfeeds Facebook Wide. You Can Catch Up By Reading My Post Titled Armageddon Hits Facebook - All Game Posts Missing. Within That post i Stated:

Zynga Better Do Something With These Features To Help Its Players Out Since The Issue Is At No Fault Of The Players. I Suggest That For Each Day We Can Not Post To The Wall Begging For Parts We Get One Level Of The Academy Completed. Extending The Time May Be Necessary, But Will Be Just A Pain In The Ass For Many Of Us And Will Just Piss Us Off.

I Guess That It’s Nice that Zynga Is Giving Us An Extra 24 Hours To Gain A Few More Parts For The Assassin’s Academy And Maybe Gain One More Level On The Property. Something Is Better Than Nothing. At Least It Only Lasted Several Hours And The Game Posts Reappeared And We Can Move On. That Is Until Facebook Releases The Unwanted Timeline To Everyone Which Will Result In More Confusion And Discontent With The On-Line Social Network And Internet Gaming.
