Daily Fix – Is It Glitched

As we stated in yesterdays post, Daily Fix - Last Chance, that we thought the Daily Fix would reset, It did reset – sort of.

As you can see in the image below the Daily Fix has a new task to complete. It also still has me on the Ruby Tier with all 28 green check-marks indicating that I have completed all 28 days of the The Daily Fix.

On the Current Tier progress bar a single gold box had also been deducted.

What does all this mean?

We don’t know for certain since this is Zynga we’re dealing with.

We do know that, barring any rollbacks, that we got to complete an extra task and we got to collect the Ruby level  rewards for completing it.

If you completed all 28 days of the Daily Fix plus 1 then you should now have 197 Twice Shy’s;

With the way things look with the Daily Fix one could reasonably assume that the Daily Fix was supposed to reset, but didn’t. If this is the case then it would indicate that the feature has a glitch when it is supposed to reset.

It also could be a deliberate extension to the event. This could mean that the event could run like this daily from now on. Or it could still be reset at a later time, lets say possibly April 1st.

We’ll find out later so for now enjoy the unexpected extra’s.

A new loot item, called NK Night Crawler, has now been added to the inventory and it is being reported that some players are now receiving one when completing today’s Daily Fix task.

Although the stats may be higher on the NK Night Crawler as opposed to the Twice Shy, I am ok keeping the 15 extra Twice Shy’s since my attack is increased by 150 as opposed to my defense being increased by 17.

I’ll get the NK Night Crawler tomorrow, unless Zynga performs a swap out on me.

Daily Fix – Last Chance

Today is your last chance for The Daily Fix. Maybe you participated in all 28 days of this event, maybe you didn’t.

If you did participate in all 28 days of the Daily Fix then you racked yourself up some rewards.

The amount of rewards that you should have received is depicted in the following chart;

The loot item reward may, or may not, have helped with your stats as much as it may, or may not, have helped with others stat scores.

Yes, I have a weak account. Therefore, the Twice Shy’s have added a minimum stat score of 1820 to my personal attack. I say minimum because I received 182 Twice Shy’s and they would still increase my attack by 10 for each additional Twice Shy if I could acquire more of them. In that sense alone, this was a good event for me.

Thankfully, this event did not get progressively more challenging as we were the first to suggest as a possibility;

More On The Daily Fix

It is my belief that this event will be progressive. Meaning, as we reach Silver, Gold, and Ruby levels the tasks will become progressively more difficult. Remember that this is Zynga that we are talking about. Therefore, rest assured there will likely come a point when players will likely need to spend some RP’s.

We also started the question (shown above) as to which tasks players were being asked to complete in the Daily Fix event.

We are now going to be the first to state that we expect this event to reset (possibly with new rewards) when the timer counts down to zero. It could, however, reset in a few days, or a week or so.

Of course, this is Zynga and we should expect to see an event that the players actually do like be removed from the game.

Green Mystery Bags – Now Available

Among the 101 other gift/beg events, the Green Mystery Bags are also now available. The exclusive loot that you can acquire from the Green Mystery Bags is Carbage. That’s what we all want in our inventories – Carbage. If you are lucky you will get some Carbage when you open your Green Mystery Bags. Am I the only one who feels insulted that in a free event the loot item that we are all hoping to acquire is called ‘Carbage’? This makes this event a Crime Scene! In a game about Organized Crime we can have Carbage and Rainbows and Easter Bunnies; but where are the Crime Lords, Brothels, Pimps, and Hookers? Where are the Money Launderers, Cat Houses, and Call Girls? Where are the Corrupted Government Officials, Embezzlers and all the other stereo-typical crime associated places of business and walks of life? Sorry, Mafia Wars doesn’t have those because they don’t want to offend anyone (who has money, that is)!

Easter Eggselence And Hopper’s Delight Collection

If you follow Mafia Spirit regularly on our Facebook page then you’d have been expecting an Easter themed event. We posted an image of the Egghunter on Wednesday, March 20th. This should have given you ample time to get excited for the Easter Eggselence Event.

This event has you collecting Easter Eggs that you you will need to redeem for awesome loot and to complete a new Collection (Hopper’s Delight).

How To Play: Collect Easter Eggs to redeem them for awesome loot. Collecting Easter Eggs will also help you find all the 7 items from the Hopper's Delight Collection. You can Earn upto 175 Easter Eggs per day from Jobs, Fights, Robbing, Feeds, Gifting and the Arena.
