Well, It's Locked Down AGAIN. We Knew It Was Going To Be So No Surprises This Time. Either Way, None Of The Cities Should Be Locked Down. Whatever One Player Had A Chance To Do All Others Should Also Have A Chance To Do. Otherwise, There Is No Such Thing As An Even Playing Field.
