With 983,702 Mafia Wars Players Playing In Each Of The Last 2 Consecutive Days And Only About 12,000 More Than An All-Time Low Only A Week Ago Will Chicago Bring Life Back Into Mafia Wars? My Guess Would Be No. There Will Be A False Illusion Of An Increase When Chicago Opens That Will Be Due To Those Players Who Have Energy Accounts Farming The Hell Out Of Chicago. The Numbers Will Taper Back Off Within A Month Or So Of Chicago's Opening. That Is, Once All The Elite Players Have Maxed Their Accounts With Chicago Loot. Overall, This Is Not A Good Thing For Zynga Nor It's Players. 

The Reality Of The Situation Is That Zynga Needs To Slow Things Down, Not Speed Them Up For The Whining Credit Card Players. The More Zynga Speeds Things Up The Less Players There Seem To Be. 

There Seems To Be No End In Sight For The Longest Free Fall Ride In History. There Are Rumors Floating Around About Zynga Closing The Doors On Mafia Wars Sometime In 2012. I Can't Blame Them If They Did If The Numbers Continue Dropping As Quickly As They Are. As You Can See In The Chart Above The Monthly Active Users Have Dropped Nearly 1 Million Within 1 Months Time. 

Instead Of Crying For More High End Loot Why Don't You Credit Card Players And Elite Players And Other Players Start Banning Together To Increase The Player Base As Opposed To Contributing To It's Demise? I, Personally, Don't Care For Trading Loot But I Can See How This Might Help Keep Some Players From Quitting. That's Just A Small Idea That Won't Fix the Entire Problem. 

Instead Of Begging For Things Like A Daily Timer On The Family Progression Try Getting Zynga To Fix The Weekly Timer So Those Who Can't Play Everyday Will Continue To Play At Least Once A Week Or More. 

Instead Of Beating Jeff The Knife 200 Times Within One To Two Weeks Support A Weekly Timer For The Boss Fight As Well. Try Fighting For Things That Give EVERY PLAYER A Chance Instead Of Fighting For What Keeps You Interested For The 20 Minutes It Takes You To Complete So You Get Bored And Beg Zynga For More. 

I Know You Will Say That If You Did These Things Then You Would Quit Yourself. I Ask Why? You Shouldn't Quit Neither. There Just Needs To Be A Balance. There Just Needs To Be Some Fairness.
