If You Click On "View To Build" Or "Build" (Dependent UponWhich Screen You Access Your Sports Bar From) You Will Be Taken To The Build Screen Inside The Sports Bar. 

The Buildable Items In The Sports Bar Are Initially Locked. You Will Need To Collect Parts To Upgrade This Property Before You Can Build The Items. Similarly To All The Previous Properties. The items You Will Be Able To Build When Your Property Is Upgraded Are Pictured Below. Many Have An Attack Or Defense Skill Points That Get Credited To Your Profile Stats When You Build These Items. 

You Will Need To Collect Treated Lumber, Plaster, And Cordless Drills In Order To Upgrade The Sports Bar.

Once Your Sports Bar Is Built You Can Share Extra Parts With Your Friends.

You Can Now Also Build An Item. Remember, You Need To Collect More Parts To Upgrade The Property So You Can Build More Items With Better Stats. You Can Give Your Friends A Chance To Acquire A Free Item If You Share The Fact That You Upgraded Your Sports Bar. It Appears That You Can Only Click On Three Of Your Friends' Posts Like The One Below And All I Did Was Send Them Parts.
