Zynga Has Updated It's Warnings As To Continuous Play. If You Play For More Than 20 Consecutive Hours You Might Be At Risk Of Having The Above Message Appear On Your Account. The Message Below Was Added To The Mafia Wars Support Page  Today.

Warning/Suspension Messages in Mafia Wars

Hello Mafia players,

The Mafia Wars Team has put in place a system to help us detect automatic game play and some accounts have received a warning message. Please remember that irregular activities can include, but are not limited to:

- High-frequency activity that is beyond humanly possible means
- High-frequency activity that serves no in-game benefit
- Attempts to repeatedly access links not promoted by Zynga
- Attempts to access/manipulate your account through other means to give yourself an advantage, or to the detriment of the experience of other players
- Unauthenticated acceleration in statistics, points or items

We strongly advise to avoid using any automation software or unauthorized third-party program designed to modify or interfere with the game. If You Delve Deeper Into The Terms of Service  You Will Find That Zynga Speaks Like They Are On The War Path. 

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• b. Make improper use of Zynga’s support services, including by submitting false abuse reports; or

CHEATING AND HACKING - You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• d. Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service, any Zynga Game or any Zynga game experience;
• e. Use the Service in order to design or assist in the design of cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service, any Zynga game or any Zynga game experience;
• f. Without Zynga’s express written consent, modify or cause to be modified any files that are a part of the Service or any Zynga game;

If Zynga So Desires, They Hold The Right To Suspend Your Account For Any Reason For Any Length Of Time And Do Not Feel They Owe You An Explanation.

A: Customer support agents are not authorized to lift suspensions.  Per section 1.10 of the Terms of Service, Zynga is not obligation to provide information about an account pertaining to failure to comply with the Terms of Service.

If Zynga Suspends My Account For Any Reason I Am Done With ANY And ALL Zynga Games. I Am Their Customer And I Do NOT Have To Tolerate Their Incompetences And Unfair And Unreasonable Terms. It Is They Who Lose Out On My Potential Revenue, Not Me Losing Out Of Theirs!
