The 8th district in London is called “American Psycho In London”. This makes me think that this district is about some crazy lunatic American is running around London causing havoc. As you look through the list of jobs and the sub-captions you should get a feel of a completely different location than London.

The samurai warrior appearing in 5 of the 8 job images that are ‘supposed’ to represent London makes me think that I am doing jobs in Japan.
Then a puzzle box is mentioned within 2 of the job titles and again in 2 of the jobs sub-captions. The puzzle box is also shown in 2 of the job images. If you do not know what a puzzle box is here is a description from Wikipedia;

This guy looks more American than he does Japanese. He IS the American Psycho In London.
The truth is that we don’t know. Zynga’s developers might not even know yet. The next destination could just as easily be a return to Moscow since the 4th district in London was called ‘To Russia With Love’. Or maybe a return to Bangkok since there is a limited time mission called ‘Oriental Retribution’.
Until an announcement is made by Zynga or an image surfaces of the next destination we will only be guessing.
